Product, process and people photography for Veyseys Butchers, an independent Devon butcher with shops in Cullompton and Shaldon, covering meat, prepared products, butchery, local farms, livestock and suppliers.

BRIEF

The ongoing brief is to build and maintain a broad, consistent image library for Veyseys Butchers, supporting the website, online shop, social media and wider marketing as the business grows across Devon.

The photography needs to reflect the full business, including fresh meat, prepared food, butchery, shop-floor process, portraits, suppliers, livestock and local farm connections.

APPROACH

Studio equipment is set up directly on the shop floor, allowing product, process and portrait photography to be created alongside the working business.

Simple sets are built for meat, prepared food and butchery images, while location shoots document farms, livestock and suppliers to show the wider story behind the business.

DELIVERABLES

The resulting library includes meat and prepared-food photography, packaged and tray products, butchery process images, portraits, shop scenes, livestock, supplier portraits and farm photography.

Files are supplied ready for web and print, with formats suited to the online shop, website, social media, advertising, email marketing and editorial use.
