Pasture, hospitality photography

Ongoing food, drink, people and interior photography for Pasture Restaurants across Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham, with additional work for sister venues, suppliers and production.

BRIEF

The ongoing brief is to build and maintain a broad image library for Pasture Restaurants, supporting menus, websites, social media, PR, the online shop and wider brand use.

The photography needs to reflect the full business, including fire-based cooking, in-house butchery, chefs, front-of-house teams, bars, interiors, suppliers, produce and farm projects.

APPROACH

Regular shoots are planned across the group’s restaurants in Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham, covering service, preparation, dishes, cocktails, portraits and interiors.

The work is treated as one connected visual library rather than a set of separate commissions. Restaurant photography is combined with supplier and production shoots, including Buttercliffe Farm, to show the people, produce and processes behind the group.

DELIVERABLES

The resulting library includes menu dishes, grill and kitchen photography, cocktails, chefs and restaurant teams, butchery, interiors, exterior views, supplier portraits, farm photography and campaign content.

Images are supplied ready for web and print, with formats suitable for menus, websites, social media, PR, editorial, online retail and point of sale.
